I believe I currently have the 191.07 drivers. I do agree it could be a driver issue as I was wondering that myself. I don't mean to sound rude but I think you're diagnosing this a little to deep right off the bat. And considering Fallout 3 is known to have a horrible stability track record I'm not considering my hardware to being the problem just yet. Outside of Stalker and Fallout 3 having problems my computer runs flawlessly. And no, I don't defrag nearly that often as I find it to be unnecessary. The HD is less than 3 weeks old brand new from Newegg. When things like this happen to me the first thing I suspect is either a Driver issue, game update, HDD issue or a power supply issue. Do you have a Digital Multi Meter to run a test on your PSU. maybe it will be my first game install after I install Win7 Ultimate 圆4 just to see if I experience the same problems as you. I just bought this game a week ago and have yet to install it. Also have you checked to make sure your HDD is good by running a drive diagnostics performance test or cluster tester? Also if your HDD is having any issues via power supply, sata drivers or any thing of the sort the system will lock up. I would recommend a Defrag after any large install like games. I'm wondering when was the last time you defraged your HDD.
